Philip Hochuli

Philip Hochuli is an external doctoral student in Economics at the University of Bern and an employee of CSS. His research is conducted in collaboration with the CSS Institute. Philip's work examines the effects of cost-sharing during pregnancy, physician self-dispensing, and the determinants of regional cost variations.
